You can choose to pick up your order yourself, free of charge, at one of our stores. When placing your order online, select Store Pickup and choose the store where you would like to pick up your order.
Once your order has been processed and received at the selected store, you will be notified so that you can pick it up. Following this notification, you will have 7 days to pick up your order. Please allow 2 to 10 days for your order to be received at the selected store.
At the time of pick-up, you must present an identification proof with picture and proof of purchase. If another person will be picking up your order for you, please advise the store when making the pickup appointment.
If the merchandise is not collected within 7 days, they will be returned to our distribution center and a restocking fee of 10% of the cost of the merchandise will be deducted from the refund.
Heavy and oversized items: Please note that some oversized or very heavy items cannot be shipped to our stores. These are available for home delivery only.

Delivery for smaller items
For some items, delivery by FedEx is available. The option will be available when you select your delivery method, and the charges associated with each carrier will be indicated. Charges vary according to carrier, product size and weight. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Delivery for larger items
We offer home delivery almost everywhere in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Home delivery is free on orders of $1,500 or more, except for Alberta. For this region, a $49 delivery fee applies on all orders of $1,500 or more. For other Canadian provinces, we offer delivery to our pick-up locations. Please refer here for details.
Delivery fees may vary by region.
Your order will be delivered by one of our specialized transport partners. The delivery time normally varies between 3 and 15 days after processing at our warehouse (1 to 3 business days). The carrier will contact you to advise you of the time of delivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply for oversized items.
For rural areas, carriers will deliver to the first dry room in your home. It is not possible to choose the room in which you wish to receive the goods.
For remote areas, carriers do not deliver inside the residence; your merchandise will be left outside or on the doorstep.
Spa delivery is available at a cost of $299 and it is a ''white glove'' delivery. Your spa will be delivered outside, on the ground. Conditions apply.
Carriers will deliver your merchandise in the first dry room of your residence.
*Unfortunately, home delivery is not available in Newfoundland, Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Anticosti Island, some remote areas and hard-to-reach regions. **Free delivery on orders over$1500 is not available in Edmonton and Calgary. A flat rate of $49 is charged for delivery of orders of $1500 or more in these two regions.
Please note that full payment (100%) of the order is required 7 days before the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, delivery will be cancelled.
Delivery to construction sites
We offer delivery to construction sites with a minimum charge of $200. This amount may vary depending on the site and the volume of the order. Delivery is made on pallets and merchandise is left at a single outdoor address. No merchandise will be delivered indoors
The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time (where possible).
*Please note that full payment (100%) of the order is required 7 days before the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, delivery will be cancelled.

You can pick up your items directly at our Distribution Center at 1200 Michèle-Bohec Blvd. in Blainville, QC (door A). You must have a hard copy of your order, paid in full.
To pick up at our Distribution Centre when you place an order online, select In-Store Pickup, then "Distribution Center" in the choices available when completing your transaction. You will receive an appointment link in your order confirmation e-mail.

Option available at Blainville distribution center only. Once on-site, please proceed to door A and not through the store entrance.

For only $49, you can pick up your order at one of our transport partners' pick-up points in cities across Canada where there is no Bain Dépôt or Bath Depot store

Transit: Goods will be in transit for 7 to 20 days before arriving at the pick-up location. The carrier will then contact you to inform you that your order is available for pick-up.
Pick-up: From the moment you receive the call, you will have 48 hours to pick up your items. Pick-up locations are open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Please note that as of July 1, 2024, Clarke Edmonton and Calgary pickup locations will no longer be available, as home delivery will be offered for these regions.

We now offer you the possibility of picking up your merchandise at a pickup point in different cities in Canada where there is no Bain Dépôt or Bath Depot store. This new service allows you to get your items while saving big on the cost of delivery by going to pick up your order yourself at a terminal of one of our transport partners near you.
